mark gayao5 StarIf I could give 10 stars, then I would. I know that sounds cliché, but for this reason it holds true. Fast, attention to detail, honest, professional. I was in a bind with purchasing my new home that my insurance did not want to cover two weeks from moving in because of the age of the roof, and Patrick and his team guided me throughout the whole process of removing and replacing my roof with a brand new one. Blue Heron Construction is “TOP NOTCH”. The entire process was stress free and Patrick is the best at knowing his craft. From the very detailed estimate to expectations from his company the day before/ during / and after the job. Nothing was missed!! I was honestly amazed.
My family and I could not be more pleased. Got my beautiful new roof, no more leaks, and my insurance reinstated my property. Jeremy Gutzwiller3 StarI own a home that was remodeled by Blue Heron. I am now hiring a new contractor to fix issues with the work that was done. Overall, things like okay to the naked eye. When inspected further, a lot of little details and even parts of the house were not done correctly or at all. Additionally, I reached out multiple times to get a list of materials used and never heard back.Monday 17th November 2025
Gregory Ahneman5 StarCouldn’t be happier with the service and quality of work delivered by Patrick and his team. New home builds come with issues in some cases. For me, it was roof leaks that were damaging interior walls caused by improper vent installations. Patrick quickly identified why and where the leaks were and took care of the problem. We’ve had some hard rains since then and not a single wet spot detected! Patrick came over from Blue Heron and he explained all the process. He was very clear and took care of everything, including filing the clain with the insurance company.
